I have had quite a few horrible experiences at this particular Chili's, but I keep coming back! For some reason, I can never convince the party I'm hanging out with that this Chili's is horrendous until we actually go there and they experience it themselves. Lunch. 1pm. 6, possibly 7, tables with diners. One of my coworkers orders a turkey club from the $6 lunch menu. The waitress tells her they have no turkey. "Do you have a substitution?" she asks. "Ham" is her reply. She finishes taking our orders and walks away. 5 minutes later, she returns to tell my coworker that she doesn't have ham. It's not that they ran out of ham. They don't have any ham. Ever. Ham is not a food they have on the menu! Again, she asks if there are any substitutions. She offers her another menu item that is on the $8 menu, so my coworker asks if they will honor the $6 price. Sorry, you'll have to pay $2 more for that. The entire encounter is happening in front of my eyes and I can't believe the over-the-top nastiness that our server is throwing out in tone at my coworker. If I didn't know any better, i'd think that she was trying to get back at the "B" who stole her boyfriend. Our meals came after an incredibly long wait. There was a mix up with the dressing. There was a mix up with who ordered which salad because someone's was put on a side plate and the other on a full dinner plate and it should have been reversed. It was ridiculous. As for my meal, I ordered the guiltless grill salmon with no rice, just broccoli. The salmon was dry and overcooked, but I expected that coming from Chili's. It always is. The broccoli was broccoli. At the end of the meal, the manage did come to the table. She asked how our experience was. We told her it wasn't very good and mentioned the turkey/ham situation. Her response, "We're out of turkey." Yes, we were aware of that an hour and a half ago. Completely useless.

Not a bad meal right off of route 4. It was quick and easy. So why the 2 stars? The waitress apparently forgot to tell us about special promotions going on, as well as not getting half of the order correct. Side of fries turned into order of Tex mex fries, the southwest Burger turned into a BBQ Bacon Burger, just a big mess. Food was alright, but granted I wasn't given what I ordered... I wouldn't know.

I don't know what happened to Chili's I used to go to lunch there all the time. Last time i went to one Everything was really greasy and It tasted like the oil had not been changed in months.and the food was not hot. the waitress was not very pleasant i don't know if she was having a bad day or what. The time before that the forgot about me and my friend we saw people getting there meals that came in after us. We asked whats going on.the manager said there bringing your food right out . that food had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. Not even an apology. I don't think I will ever step foot back in a chili's

Came here last week... Left after 5 minutes of seating there, told the very friendly server that they had ROACHES!

Consistent. Good food and service. Salads and Soups are served in large bowls that are very shallow, not really a meal IMO.

I went there with a party of 9. We had a very friendly waitress and there was a balloon artist making balloon animals for the kids around at different tables. Service was decent for a big table like ours and they had two for one specials on beer on tap and margaritas, which impressed me because it was a Saturday. The noise level however was very loud and I had a hard time hearing the conversations around the table. All in all we had a good time and the food was yummy!

Just like every other Chili. Good for food and drinks.

Chilis has been on a steady decline for a while, not just this one either. We've attempted other ones too and every time it's the customer service. The food is mediocre, but if service was top notch I'd have offered more stars despite the food. One location we were seated and after 15-20 minutes no one came to our table - we walked out. Servers take forever to do anything, cups don't get refilled. It's a trickle down effect - so upper management in the corporation must be poor for multiple locations to suffer.

We went for Happy Hour on Sunday at 3pm. Happy hour is all day long on Sunday. Walked in (no line) and went to sit down in the bar area. The only booth available was dirty, I did not see any of the wait staff so I politely requested the hostess have someone clean it when they could. She was quite rude, I had to request the table be cleaned a total of 3 times. She came over and cleaned the table for us, visibly annoyed at having to do so. She was not busy & there were no new customers coming into the store, doing your job with a smile is important. While our server was very nice and the food was all delicious, the Ziosk tablet did not calculate our bill correctly. We each ordered Stella drafts 2 each, (which were both ice cold!) and drinks on happy hour are B1G1. Southwest Eggrolls were $4.99 (happy hour price) and queso that was $2.99 (happy hour price). All of these prices we learned of from advertisements on the Ziosk tablet, yet we were charge normal price when attempting to pay on it. We had to ask our waiter to correct the price on our tablet to reflect the happy hour price. I dont feel like I should need to ask to be charged correctly. Over all we enjoyed oursleves but for these 2 things, I only give 3 stars.

I am waiting at Chili's for dinner with friends. We are told there are two parties ahead of ours so it may take awhile. I took a walk around the dining room on my way to the restroom and I see 5 clean four tops, 3 clean two tops, and 1 clean six top. When asked about the hold up the receptionist tells me she hasn't had time to seat anyone. When she finally came back to the front desk and started seating is she seated all twenty or so people at one time. Not a good start to our dining experience. When we got our water two of the four glasses had to be sent back as there were additional nondescript items floating in the water. Our meals were good. I had a hamburger, one of our party had the fahetas, which hit the spot. For dessert one person ordered a chocolate molten lava cake with four spoons. Very rich.

I have only been to this Chili's once, with a part of eight at around 5:00 on a Sunday evening. About half of the tables in the restaurant were empty, but they still acted stymied when asked to seat a part of eight. The food was good and service was friendly after that, but it was painfully slow. It ended up taking almost an hour to get our food. The verdict? Not awful, but there are far better choices around.

Came here for lunch. They were very busy. The waiter was god awful. He brought me fajitas instead of lunch tacos I ordered. When he finally brought me the tacos they were on two stacked dirty plates. The cook literally threw my tacos on dirty unwashed plates. Not exaggerating. Crusted. Brown sauce splashed. Lettuce stuck to the bottom of the plates. I was instantly repulsed. I had to wait for him to come back and I told him it was nasty and I didn't want the tacos. I told him I didn't want this. He said "ok" and took the plates. He never apologized or asked if I wanted something else. He never even sent a manager over. He dropped the bill off while my gf was in the bathroom. Didn't say anything to me. Just dropped it on the table and disappeared. He took off my meal - so I only needed to pay for my gf's lunch. On the line for tip I wrote "your tip is in the dishwasher". I'm never coming here again. Horrible service. Disgusting. And what a wimp!

After I ordered my beer, I looked at Yelp reviews and after about 5 minutes asked about the free chips at happy hours. I got an "oh yeah" from the bartender. Guess it was an afterthought to mention. Decided to eat elsewhere.

I would steer clear of Chilis. Walked by the kitchen and yikes. Food did not taste good. I told server after waiting for 23 minutes for her to check back. She offered to get something else but not to credit check. I ate hardly any bites. Was taco and tostada. Let me also mention how super slow this place is. What a nightmare. If you don't value food safety, taste of food or your time this is the place for you.

SOOO... You "remodeled" but don't know how to run a restaurant. Your staff is untrained and unresponsive. Your restaurant is filthy. First impression - not 1 but 2 overflowing ashtrays at the entrance. Why? Nasty! Good luck.

My fiancé, friend, and I ate dinner here one night and we were very impressed at the quality of food and how fast our order came out. Everything was too hot to eat at first but I'd rather that then it be too cold. My friend was offended when the waitress called her a "sir" when clearly she isn't a man, so that got things a little bumpy, and they were out of something my fiance had ordered. These were the only incidents that kept them from getting 5 stars.

I came here with 3 friends and sat in the bar/loung area. We were on a lunch break, but the server didn't seem to care. Everything took about twice as long as it should have. Water came about 5 minutes after she greeted us, then another 10 minutes for the chips & salsa, then yet another 5 minutes before she decided to see if we were ready to order. Of course the food was as expected at any Chili's, but I was amazed at the slow pace of service for lunch. The parking at this location is also pretty scarce. You end up parking across the way in another shopping area's lot. Naturally the review is based primarily on the server, so maybe I'll have to try it again and hope for a little more attentive service.

Okay, so my latest visit was my second and last. I went there last night with my sister at around 6:00 p.m. Figuring it was a Sunday night, I figured, "Well, it won't be busy, and what could go wrong?" Short answer: everything. After a brief redirection by a very snotty service that didn't like the fact that we wanted a booth, we were seated directly across a party of ten. I immediately knew there would be a problem. So, I ordered my margarita (once again, nothing but sour mix) and received two of these disgusting concoctions because hey, they were doing me a huge favor and it was 2/1 happy hours. Ugh. I then ordered the sirloin, well done. At that time, I specifically asked our server if the loaded mashed potatoes had sour cream in them. I was assured that they did NOT. This was rather an important point for me. Meal came, I got a red steak. Grrrr...I don't care if your chef is "offended", if I'm paying for it, I want it the way I want it!. So I sent it back. Meanwhile, by the time my sister was FINISHING her burger and fries, my steak showed up. One bite of the potatoes? Yep, major sour cream. I gagged and tried my best to swallow it, but that was a horrible, cloying taste. Meanwhile, the garlic toast was so soggy I thought it had been soaked in water prior to serving. Yeah, needless to say? That was their last shot. Horrible restaurant and it cost me $50. Don't waste your money nor your time.

Came here for lunch with my husband. There was another couple who came in right before us, but otherwise the restaurant was fairly empty. There was no hostess to greet us, nor did they greet the couple ahead of us. We waited for at least 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff for us or the couple ahead of us. We finally decided that we'd have better luck eating elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this particular Chili's to anyone who wants quality or timely service. So sad because I was really looking forward to chips and queso.

My friend and I went for lunch around 12:30. We walked in and the hostess just said, "Two?" and walked us to our table. No greeting or smile at all. Once at our table, the server came by and asked for our drinks. Once again, no greeting, smile or attempt at conversation. My friend ordered a drink while I got a water and the waitress just dropped them off at our table and turned around. We realized that she had just brought us two waters, and it took another five minutes for us to flag her down so she could bring the correct drink. The food was delicious, but the bowls are intentionally deceptive. I got a cup of soup, and the cup was like a thimble, but half of that thimble was thick ceramic to cover the fact that they weren't giving you hardly anything. I liked it enough to order a bowl of it afterwards, and the same thing. A solid inch at the bottom was ceramic, making the bowl shallow so they give you practically nothing. The server didn't make us feel welcome at all. Even when she refilled our drinks, she just reached over my shoulder and grabbed it, and plunked it back down. I would have loved to see some kind of smile, anything! It took forever for us to get our food. The food was good, the service was lacking.

I've been to this Chili's multiple times over the last fifteen years or so, and I will probably never go back there again. My last visit there was truly torture. Let me preface this by saying I do not care for this style of chain restaurant at all, so my expectations are already way below par. I never have been a fan of their food either. It's bland and boring, and they just throw peppers on everything to cover up the blandness. The only reason we ever really go is for the 2 for 1's or if the other members in our party insist, which this time they did. My husband and I went out with another couple on a Friday night a few weeks ago for dinner and drinks. We expected there to be a wait since it was the dinner rush. The wait was only about 15 minutes for a table of 4, so not bad at all. Once seated, it all went down hill. I ordered the Fresh Margarita. I don't like their 2 for 1 margaritas, because they are nothing but sour mix and give me heartburn. I'd rather pay more money for a quality drink. The 2 guys in our party did, however, take advantage of their 2 for 1's. The couple we came with ordered the queso dip which is really good, but I don't eat beef anymore so I did not partake. I got some chips and salsa to share as well. Service was PAINFULLY slow. We waited a very long time for the waitress to come and take our initial orders, and then a really long time passed before we were served anything. When the drinks came out, to no surprise to me, the waitress had brought me 2 x 2 for 1 margaritas. Sigh. After the long wait I just decided to drink them. I ordered the fried shrimp, I think. It was obviously forgettable. The noise level was so loud I could not hear our friends speaking to me from across the booth. The food took so long to come out, our friend planned on using the queso dip as a dipping sauce for his chicken tenders (not appetizing to me, but to each his own). By the time the food came out the queso dip was stone cold and had a hard crust on top. I drank one of my 2 for 1 margaritas and realized the second one was just not going to happen for me. I alerted our second waitress (turns out we had 3) that I was given the wrong drinks and needed a new one (which I intended to pay for all of them that I drank, not just trying to get a freebie). I pointed to the Fresh Rita on the menu and told her this is what I would like, saying "Fresh Margarita" out loud. A VERY long time passed, long enough for me to drink a full glass of water, when our THIRD waitress came by. She wanted to make sure I KNEW what I was ordering. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I POINTED TO IT ON THE MENU. I was so flabbergasted at the waitresses' lack of ability to put in a damn drink order. After a while longer they then brought me what looked like the correct drink just as our meal was coming to an end. Upon the first taste I knew right off the bat it was made with sour mix and not fresh lime juice. Epic fail - Palm to face - I give up. The service was so slow that the other members in our party were only able to receive 1 drink refill within the whole meal aside from my drink debacles. Before the meal my husband and I decided we were definitely going to get the molten lava cake for dessert. By the time dinner was done we had been there for 2 hours and could not stand to be there any longer - no way were we going to wait another 30 minutes for a pre-maid reheated dessert. We only left a 15% tip (I almost never give less than 20% unless the service is unbearable). From what I could tell we had 3 waitresses that served us in zones. One handled our apps and drinks, another our entrees, and a third came by a few times, never figured out what her specific duties were. I am never hugely impressed with any Chili's in general, but this one by far is completely unbearable.

While Chili's' food is never "As good as it gets", it's still pretty good. I liked their boneless Shanghai wings, but they've since discontinued them. Their margaritas are amazing...try a frozen mango. They have a great bar staff.

Chili's TOGO is awful! They have consistently messed up my order. ex) ordered fajitas and they forgot the tortillas. Forgot side of cheese. I had to go back and get the tortillas and they gave me corn tortillas where most of them were ripped. Lousy service and quality. Never going back again!
